As CEO of the R2B Group, Phil brings 25 years of experience in the residential development, construction and home building space. He is responsible for growing the R2B Group, building operational efficiency and enhancing revenues in line with targeted growth plans. Prior to R2B, Phil has held executive and senior management positions at Stockland, Brookfield Properties, Multiplex and Metro Property Development.
As the Head of Finance and Operations at Brooklyn Homes, Yousif oversees the daily administrative, financial and operational functions of the company. Yousif has extensive experience in Finance, Compliance and Strategy. Prior to Brooklyn Homes, he was the head of Finance and Strategy for National Financial Advisors, and Senior Compliance Officer for the Commonwealth Bank.
Alvin has over 20 years experience at senior level positions with technology vendors partnered with providers such as Telstra, AWS and Microsoft. Innovation and efficiency are Alvin's passions. Having been part of the R2B Group for a number of years, Alvin was appointed the General Manager of Brooklyn Homes in 2021 and has previously shifted to the role of Head of Sales. He is responsible for coordinating with agents and developers to further expand the sales pipeline for Brooklyn Homes and secure more deals for the businesse.
Emil has over 15 years of senior marketing, digital and automation experience. He has a passion for making things work easily and efficiently for the end user. With a strong pedigree in senior management roles within growing and emerging companies, Emil has experience in leading teams in fast growing, highly fluid environments achieving and exceeding expectations.
Maureen Bourke is a seasoned Project Manager and Contract Administrator with over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, specializing in multi-residential and commercial developments. She has successfully delivered major projects, including high-end residential units, townhouses, luxury apartments, a retirement village, and a correctional facility, with a total project value exceeding $56 million. Her expertise includes complex contract management, document control, client relations, and ensuring cost efficiency, adherence to timelines, and quality standards. Maureen excels in coordinating utilities, managing site offices, subcontractor negotiations, and defect rectification processes. She holds a Certificate IV in Building and Construction Management and is skilled in cost reporting, budgeting, and preparing detailed scopes of work. Maureen is dedicated to delivering projects that meet client expectations while maintaining the highest standards of quality and precision.
James brings extensive experience in home building and construction to his role, having previously served as a Contracts Administrator and Site Engineer with Belmador and Richard Crooked Construction. Based in Sydney, James will be focusing on scheduling trades and suppliers. His role is designed to streamline administrative tasks, allowing site supervisors to concentrate on field operations.
Tom is an experienced individual in the construction industry. Serving as a Site Supervisor for Brooklyn Homes, Tom is responsible for managing site operations, ensuring smooth project execution and adherence to safety standards. His prior experience includes roles such as Construction Supervisor and acting Construction Manager at Maincom Services, where he successfully coordinated projects ranging from $20k to $400k, and Maintenance Supervisor at Hunter Homes, where he led maintenance teams and provided carpentry expertise. Tom holds great value to Brooklyn Homes and works closely with the team to ensure smooth delivery of all our projects in the Hunter Region.
Ryan is a licensed builder with experience working for Maincom and O'Donnell & Hanlon constructions where he handled numerous construction jobs over the past 8 years. Ryan's role in Brisbane is an integral part to ensure the delivery of our builds on the ground.
